Owner & Operator Jeremy is a certified personal property appraiser and has conducted hundreds of personal property appraisals for divorce proceedings and other purposes, he is a decorated Military Veteran and has over 25 years' experience in inventory tracking, pricing management, customer relations and multi-million-dollar business operations. He has a reputation for being fair, consistent, and respected business partner with many vendors and businesses in the Central Wisconsin area since 2007.
Jeremy was trained and mentored by 30-year expert appraiser and auctioneer Jerry Chuilli, and completed hundreds of hours of on-the-job training. He is a certified personal property appraiser, certified through the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. (CAGA) Jeremy maintains the highest level of ethical standards and has no interest in buying or selling anything that he appraises, to ensure conflicts of interest. He is not a hired gun... when it comes to appraising for dissolution of marriage you can be assured the appraisal will be fair regardless of who the client or clients are.
Jeremy appraises many types of personal property including common residential contents, tools, vehicles and equipment, sporting collectibles, antiques, vintage toys, pottery and various collectibles. However every appraiser needs to know their limits, Jeremy does not appraise jewelry or antique paintings.
