Too often parties do not receive their fair share in a divorce settlement. This is due to the lack of regulation of personal property appraisers. With no education or training anyone can represent themselves as a personal property appraiser and indeed they do! This lack of regulation is a major contributor to many poor and incompetent appraisals.

Appraisals by Chuilli, LLC was created to provide Professional Personal Property Appraisal Service to couples involved in a divorce action. It is my mission to provide both parties (regardless of who the client is) with a fair and competent appraisal that will stand up in court.

My reports are written to the highest standards of the appraisal profession. They are compliant with the Uniform Code of Professional Appraisal Practice and compliant with Wisconsin Statues.

Appraisals by Chuilli LLC is owned and operated by Jeremy Wheeler.

Jeremy is a decorated Military Veteran and has over 20 years experience in inventory tracking, pricing management, customer relations and multi-million dollar business operations.  He has a reputation for being fair, consistent, and respected business partner with many vendors and businesses in the Central Wisconsin area for over 11 years.

Jeremy was trained and mentored by 30 year expert appraiser and auctioneer Jerry Chuilli, and has logged hundreds of hours of on the job training.  Jeremy maintains the highest level of ethical standards and has no interest in buying or selling anything that he appraises, to ensure no conflicts of interest. He is not a hired gun... when it comes to appraising for dissolution of marriage you can be assured the appraisal will be fair regardless of who the client or client's are.

Jeremy is a certified personal property appraiser, certified by the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (C.A.G.A.) and has completed studies in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

Jeremy appraises many types of personal property including: common residential contents, tools, vehicles and equipment, sporting collectibles, antiques, vintage toys, pottery and various collectibles.  However every appraiser needs to know their limits, Jeremy does not appraise jewelry or antique paintings.
